Today is the 27th day of Ramadhan... Alhamdulillah, my gastrics has been pretty mild these days. I had iftar only twice with my super old friends at KBPS and my dear "kakis" at Maybank. Other than that, I have been a good daughter to stay home or iftar outside with mother and my in-laws. Only went to Bazaar Ramadhan at geylang 3 times this year. It was not as crowded as previous years. Maybe, it was because of the economic downturn. Alhamdulillah, I got my Variable Bonus. The amount is not as good as last year but, I am still thankful that the company still recognises our hard work and awards us pretty generously despite the slow economy.
I haven't really shopped for myself for this festive. Hubby bought me a long dress for the festive and paired up one for himself. I got myself a tudung to match the outfit and bought a Coach handbag for myself. I haven't bought any shoes yet. Maybe, we'll see about tomorrow. Might go for some last minute shopping...
Spent some money for the house, like curtains, bed sheets, table mats, wardrobe, etc... we have just upgraded to a 4-room flat, so most of the stuff from the old flat cannot be used.
Hubby has to work on both days of Hari Raya... Will only go to my in-laws' place on the 1st day of Raya when he finishes work, that is, if he does not need to extend his shift (expected to have many reporting on MC on that day). Haiz! What to do? It's a job... Better that he is with a job, rather than without...
Well, I pray that he need not extend the shift... Looking forward to that day....
