Me.... A Robot???

The past few days... I feel like robot... Mainly because, I can't turn to the right or left. Arghhh!
I strained my neck and my back. The doctor said that I am having muscle spasms.... She only gave me some muscle relaxants and painkillers, after which, I will end up feeling groggy.

I was hoping that it would only last a day. It has been 3 days, and the pain did not go away... My friends recommended cold treament, to try using ice or heat treatment, done and tried but just don't work. Last resort is a massage.... We'll wait and see....

But right now... I am only using the warm patch I bought from Guardian Pharmacy... Quite relieving.... At least I can sleep better....
